• Positive: Spacious modern room, huge shower, nice bedside cubbyholes for phones, terrific front desk staff, perfect location
• Negative: Maids using stairwell door next to room 103 constantly woke us up repeatedly because the door bangs shut. Some small felt padding could prevent this. Also, the safe in Room 103 didn't work; staff could not fix it.
