• Négatif: No kettle, cups, tea & coffee in room (had to request kettle) , bar area had no atmosphere and no obvious seating area - it is a bit of a mess, breakfast room a mess too, breakfast hit and miss, for items not topped up, chipped and broken plates,

• Négatif: the first night i sleep in room 108 , it was not an executive room... very noisy , i could hear walk, open water, flush and everything from the near room.... and people doesn't speak aloud, just use bathroom and walk in the room , not for a 4 star hotel.... the staff was very nice and change the room the day after , but i spent one night awake
