• Location: 10 Very well located in the Tabakalera art and activity center. Close to the Gros area and city center. All done by foot during stay
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Did not see all. Nice entry hall and common space at entry. But not used by anyone: so purely estetic and that's a pitty. Breakfast was below standard: guests should be recommended to have breakfast in the restaurants facility in the Tabakalera activity center. That would also better show the integration into Tabakalera. And ... great food here, perfect breakfast with fresh juices, a wide variety of danish and a wonderful coffee bar. I did not juice gym. Went jogging along coast instead. Did not see or use sauna.
• Staff: 7.5 Helpful staff. They could go the extra mile, given the image portrayed of the hotel and make their guests feel special
• Quietness: 10 Nothing to say
• Room: 10 I booked the lounge, (201) and that was a very pleasant room. Nicely decorated, although a bit densly. Especially the large tv setup does not do well in the middle of the room. Was next to the elevator, but did not have any noise.
• Value for money: 2.5 440 eur is a bit overpriced for what you actually get and and how you are received. Nice setting, nice location, nice rooms. But then it stops. Pay for a bottle of water in the room? Below standard breakfast in the cellar ?

• Staff: 5 ne m'a pas prévenu qu'il était interdit de s'arreter en voiture à coté de l'hôtel pour vider les bagages....et j'ai été verbalisé !
• Quietness: 2.5 on entend les bruits de couloir et l'ascenseur , il faudrait une porte de chambre mieux isolée
• Room: 2.5 aucune vue les fenêtres sont trop hautes pour les chambres du 4ème étage
