• Positive: The hotel is located next to the main shopping street, bus and tram stops. 15-20 minutes on foot to the English promenade. All the receptionists were very friendly, polite and helpful. The cleaners worked productively.
• Negative: The only drawbacks are that the room was quite small, (shower OK), very thin walls and the breakfast for extra price.
