• Cleanliness: 10 Beautiful rooms, cleaned every day, bed turned each evening with a little cookie snack left on pillow. Excellent. Fresh towels in the evening and in the morning.
• Location: 10 We walked to Las Ramblas, and to nice restaurants, the bus stops nearby, taxis were always available.

• Staff: 10 Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and just all around wonderful staff! Felt like coming home.

• Room: 10 Beautiful room, beatiful view, t.v., quiet. We returned for a one night stay on our way home and we were given an upgrade to a room with a roman bath!
