• ここが気に入らなかった: Staff aren’t the best, in other hotels they go above and beyond for you, but in this hotel they can be quiet rude and don’t like going out of their way to do anything. Service is quiet slow. The hotel has maintained its style and modern was, and is maintained very well. Beautiful place. We have stayed 3 times in the last 4 hours, and this time has been the worst. Ants were in the kitchen, the night w arrived they put us in a ground floor apartment with no lift (bearing in mind I have 3 children 4 and under with a double buggy), they did move us the next day thankfully. Also, on the day we left we had to be out of the room at 1 (no problem with that) and weren’t flying until 7.20pm, I asked about a courtesy room purely to wash my babies bottles and sterilise them (only had 2 because the microwave melted my bottles and sterliser, so had to buy 2x MAM bottles whilst out there, and they are self sterilising) the lady on reception said there wasn’t a room available and to use the toilets underneath the pool bar which I thought was quiet shocking, my baby is only 5months old. Whenever we have been previously there has always been a courtesy room available which you have access to for 30miniute slots, we didn’t need to shower etc. It was purely to do the bottles.

• 清掃について: 7.5 Very clean, however, we did have ants in our kitchen this time around despite being cleaned everyday (except sundays)

• スタッフ: 2.5 As mentioned previously, not the best, a gentleman had his phone stolen from the hotel they didn’t do anything to help only gave the man the number for the police. In the bar (in reception) a woman was waiting for a long time as was I to be served as no one was manning the bar, there is a bell you can press but despite pressing it no one came, when she went to reception to ask for some help the gentleman was very rude and told her to go back and wait. Not good enough really as a paying customer.
