• Negative: Sinceramente pensamos que la comida sobre todo almuerzo y cena deja mucho que desear en variedad y calidad, me he alojado varias veces en el Hotel Lago Taurito y nada que ver, aquello si parece un hotel de 4*

• Positive: las instalaciones. La habitación grande, moderna, limpia y el baño bien equipado. Las zonas comunes, comedor (comida variada y para todos los gustos), pasillos ascensores, terraza piscina.
• Negative: la televisión que no tenía TDT. Zona de la piscina, debería haber una persona del hotel para poder controlar el tema de las hamacas. Está prohibido reservar las hamacas. Y estaban todas con toallas puestas y no había nadie en la piscina. El lago con los toboganes está abandonado y sucio (hamacas llenas de tierra y polvo y además se paga 2€). El suelo de la piscina con muchos azulejo levantados. En general sucio (colillas en el suelo, vasos, etc...)

• Negative: HUBIERON VARIAS COSAS , LO PEOR LA BASE TAPIZADA QUE LE PUSIERON A MI HIJA, DABA VERDADERO ASCO LLENA DE AGUJEROS Y CON LA TELA TOTALMENTE PASADA. OTRA COSA QUE ME DEJO MARCADO FUE QUE ERAN LAS CINCO MENOS DIEZ Y EN EL BAR DEL PARQUE ACUATICO FUIMOS A BUSCAR UN SANDWICH PARA LA NIÑA Y EL CHICO ME DIJO QUE ESTABA FUERA DE HORA, LE HICE INCAPIE EN QUE FALTABAN 10 MINUTOS Y LA RESPUESTA FUE, NO ES POR MI ES QUE NO QUIERO METERME EN UN LIO. SIMPLEMENTE SIN PALABRAS ME QUEDE. LA HABITACION TENIA HUMEDADES Y EL WATER PERDIA AGUA. LOS EQUIPOS DE DESCANSO ESTAN TOTALMENTE PASADOS, EL COLCHON TIENE LA CARCASA DE MUELLE DEFORMADA Y LAS ALMOHADAS TUVIMOS QUE IR A CASA POR LAS NUESTRAS. OTRA COSA QUE ME SORPRENDIO EN EL COMEDOR ES QUE LOS POSTRES SEGUN SE ACABABAN NO LOS REPONIAN POR LO QUE SI NO VAS A COMER A PRIMERA HORA TE ENCUENTRAS QUE FALTAN LA MAYORIA DE LAS COSAS. ES UNA PENA TODOS ESTOS DETALLES PORQUE EL HOTEL TIENE POTENCIAL PARA SER UNA VERDADERA MARAVILLA
