• Installations et services: 7,5 Breakfast is fine with very good bread and croissants, fresh fruit, chopice of 3 local cheeses and ham. But every, every, every, day the same stuff to eat....
• Personnel: 7,5 Staff at breakfast extreme efficient an friendly Staff at diner :one word : chaos General manager only speaks and saying hello to some guests. The rest of the guests seems to be garbage for him.

• Négatif: we were having a diner and a drink on the terrace and at 11pm the person took everything on the table and turn off all the light and left. We were in the dark finishing our drinks, it was only 11pm. It's completely disrespectful.

• Positif: The rooms and grounds were lovely and well kept. It's a beautiful location with a stunning view of Es Vedra. The reception staff were super helpful and the breakfasts were very tasty.
• Négatif: Ordering breakfast in the morning was a frustration communication experience. The serving staff had limited English and without a menu to refer to we struggled to understand what the options were for the cooked breakfast. Only on the last day of our stay did we discover there was a QR code menu AND that they did omelettes. In general the waiting staff are a little slow and the orders got confused 9 times out of 10. That would be my only room for improvement. Ditch the QR codes and give us a menu with English/Spanish on it so we can avoid the comms issues.

• Propreté: 10 Very clean grounds and we appreciated the daily maid service
• Situation: 7,5 It's a little out of the way, but the view is to die for
• Installations et services: 5 No gym...not quite enough pool beds which made it a bit of a scramble to get one each day. Asking for an iron took several attempts.
• Personnel: 10 Very friendly and helpful staff, but service staff could be improved as comms were an issue
• Tranquillité: 10 Slept like a baby :)

• Relation qualité-prix: 10 I got an Jan offer which was good value. Not sure I'd pay the 2022 prices we were quoted vs getting a villa with our group.
