• Cleanliness: 5 it was clean, but whenever you put the sign do not disturb, the clean service still knocking on the door and wake you up. I%27ve never seen something like that.
• Location: Not rated far from everything, 10 minutes walking to the metro
• Common facilities and services: 5 there is a lot of things arround
• Staff: Not rated Terrible, my check in was terrible, the staff had no education, no training at all! I was with my grilfriend, I couldn%27t make a reservation for a bas for couple, I had to sleep in 2 single beds together, and I called before to try that.

• Negative: This hotel deals with large groups of people, from all over the world. I arrived a day before the tour started, so I could get a feel for this Fantastic city. I suppose I expected a Concierge, someone who would hand me a map, and point me in the right direction. But I got nothing close! The staff on the desk, provided me with nothing. Not a Map or a point, they don%27t even smile!
