• Location: 10 Made Madrid attractions and major shopping areas easily accessible by foot.

• Staff: 10 Were always friendly and answered all of our questions regarding directions - recommended and booked our flamenco evening.
• Quietness: 7.5 Madrid never, never sleeps so you just can't sleep with an open window. The windows and air conditioning negated all outside noise.
• Room: 7.5 No overly big but would be considered big for Europe. Nicely appointed.
• Value for money: 10 Given the location and quality of the hotel - good value.
