• Negative: having to use a key to get electricity in the room. Great for saving energy but makes charging gadgets harder

• Staff: 10 Very friendly, helpful staff who patiently put up with bad Spanish
• Quietness: 10 Even though there was much commotion nearby we were never bothered by noise.
• Room: 7.5 Great big bath, tiny room, but overall very comfortable
• Value for money: 10 Yes, the value was good. Although be careful that you don't assume a double means two in a room. You have to specify two people or pay a supplement.
