• Positive: L'accoglienza molto cordiale e simpatica del signore addetto al ricevimento colazione
• Negative: Quello che più ci è dispiaciuto è stato il fatto che abbiamo dovuto pagare una colazione in più, senza averla consumata: siamo arrivate il giorno 17 Aprile 2014 verso le ore 14.00/15.00 (ovviamente non potevamo consumare la colazione, dato il viaggio). Il giorno della partenza, 22 Aprile 2014, nella prenotazione non avevamo inclusa la colazione.. Abbiamo chiesto al responsabile se fosse stato possibile farla ugualmente, visto che avevamo pagato lo stesso una colazione non consumata, ma non è stato possibile. C'è da sottolineare il fatto che sul vostro sito, al momento della prenotazione on line, non avevamo la possibilità di cambiare tale opzione. Ha rappresentato motivo di forte disagio da parte nostra.
