• Staff: 10 helpful beyond the call of duty, efficient, smiling yet not obsequious
• Quietness: 10 double glazed windows and curtains block out main street traffic noises

• Value for money: 10 absolutely - we travelled through the south of Spain and stayed 5 days in Barcelona and paid about the same for our other accommodation, this was the nicest room and more importantly the most staff
