• Positive: The amazing, friendly, attentive, and informative staff! We loved the tranquility in the Riad, the lovely aromatherapy, soft music, and immaculate courtyard. The best meal we had in Morocco was dinner at the Riad Utopia restaurant. The massage was excellent too.

• Cleanliness: 10 Immaculate rooms and common areas.
• Location: 7.5 Easy walk to the Majorelle and Souks.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Lots of areas to relax in, the courtyard, terrace, restaurant, lounge. It is nice to mingle with other guests in the common areas.
• Staff: 10 The staff went out of their way to make sure we had good information as new visitors to Marrakech.
• Quietness: 7.5 It did not bother us to hear other guests during the day, at night we were not disturbed by any noises.
• Room: 10 Beautifully decorated and comfortable with many amenities, AC, and comfortable bed. TV reception was a little spotty due to internet connection but not really a problem.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent, will come back asap.

• Positive: Wir haben insgesamt 7 Tage im Riad Utopia verbracht und das Angebot vom Flughafen abgeholt zu werden in Anspruch genommen --> alles ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Ideale Lage für einen Citytrip in Marrakesch - alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Trotz der verwinkelten Gassen, aber dennoch gut und einfach zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber Elodie&Sebastien und die ganzen Angestellten sind immer präsent und geben sehr nützliche Tips. Auch das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und wird entweder im Innenhof oder auf der schönen Dachterrasse serviert.
