• Positive: The sea view from my 10th floor room !! Otherwise, room also great - practical in style but in good taste (light, furniture…)
• Negative: The communal areas: the Lobby and the Breakfast Room, despite the sea view, are cold, empty, almost soulless- devoid of any personality- at least they felt like that in December Was not impressed by the Tostada I ordered for breakfast but lady in the Breakfast Room was very accommodating

• Staff: 5 Particularly good in Breakfast Room Fairly Ok/ good in Reception to start with; younger staff (trainees?) really need to prep up their game though (hence this Average mark; sorry but cannot do otherwise) My request to delay check out (till 1.30 pm) was granted. Thank you for that.

• Value for money: 7.5 I would give it Excellent if only communal areas were significantly enhanced and younger Reception staff a bit more customer oriented. Sometimes it is not so much about what you actually do for guests as it is about how you put it across to the guests / the effort that is made, and the impression you leave guests with. Maybe I was unlucky - hope this is constructive

• Negative: El ruido bastante incómodo que se oía en las habitaciones. Nos cambiaron de habitación pero el problema seguía existiendo. Tampoco me gustó que nos cobraran antes de subir a la habitación: me pareció de muy mal gusto, razón por la cual me quedé en el hotel y no cambié de hotel al percibir el problema del ruido.
