• Positive: Rooms were great. Staff were superb. Evening entertainment was first class.
• Negative: Food was not standard of previous years. Most disappointing was that drinks sold were in my opinion severely watered down.

• Staff: 10 Nothing was to much trouble for them Tables cleared and cleaned instantly and the staff in the restaurant always had a smile and a good morning etc
