• Cleanliness: 10 All facilities were spotless and a very fresh looking hotel.
• Location: 10 Close to all nightlife and amenities.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Food was absolutely beautiful. Always a large selection and plenty of meat choices.
• Staff: 10 Always willing to help, and if you had a problem it was resolved on the same day. Our hairdryer kept cutting out and the whole unit was changed within 2 hours.
• Quietness: 10 Although close to the nightlife the jolees remained extremely quiet.
• Room: 10 Beautiful and spotless room. Looks so fresh and modern.
• Value for money: 10 Got exactly what we paid for and more. Would most certainly recommend and also stay here again.

• Positive: As usual the hotel was superb, the rooms are spotless and are cleaned to a high standard, the reception, bar and restaurant staff are a credit to the hotel, even the cleaners were polite and friendly, I use this hotel on a regular basis and will continue to do so. I would have no hesitation in reccomending this hotel to friends and family and is always my first choice when staying in Benidorm.
• Negative: On this occasion some of the guests were a little inconsiderate and a bit noisy when returning from a night out, but this was no fault of the hotel and was out of their control.
