• Value for money: 7.5 Facilities and staff were fantastic - and went above and beyond to help us get a doctor immediately when our little girl was sick. We found the quality of room service food to be disappointing but that wasn’t a huge problem as we were bed and breakfast, but we would have been disappointed if we had opted for half board. Given everything else was excellent and surpassed expectations, we were surprised that the room service food was not of the same standard the night we ordered.

• Staff: 7.5 Very pleasant staff. Only one remark: when I was at the coast and couldn't find a taxi, I asked the reception for help. The lady just said 'I can't help you with that'. I thought that was a bit off, and not the service I expected.
• Quietness: 5 Construction going on nearby so outside it wasn't quiet. I understand that the hotel cannot help this but I really think this should be notified to customers on beforehand.
• Room: 10 One of the most beautiful villas I've ever stayed in
