• Positive: Nosotros nos wuedamos en la villa Lagoon más grande ... Y fue increiblemente espectacular .... La piscina iluminada por la noche es un sueño. La atención en los restaurantes es impecable y toda la decoración del hotel es exquisita. Es un hotel que ha puesto en primer lugar la comodidad del cliente antes que ganar dinero poniendo mas habitaciones y llenando el hotel. El hotel es una maravilla y un remanso de paz.
• Negative: Sólo por decir algo, es el tamaño del lavamanos. Cuando vas a lavarte la cara por la mañana es muy estrecho e incómodo.

• Positive: -staff is very nice -room service was very good -spacious rooms -private pool -view from the restaurant - Netflix connection to TV was very easy, it was great - the Top restaurant is really good - Carlos was the only one who remembered every time that I eat gluten free, so thank you Carlos :)
• Negative: -lack of gluten free/dairy free desserts or cereals -(almost) same breakfast every morning. It was boring. - Two times we had breakfast at 8 o'clock. Staff wasn't ready, the breakfast wasn't ready. We had to wait, and still the sausages and eggs were cold... - a couple of times my gluten free bread was still frozen inside when I got it - we always had to ask for almond milk, everywhere else they put it next to the normal milk, it should be a basic thing. - other 5 five star hotels have free shuttles to the beach/town
