- Positive: The room was big and relatively quiet. Nice shower.
- Negative: Management was NOT good at adapting to an unexpected situation: An emergency appendectomy caused me to delay my arrival by 3 days. Having paid hotel fees in advance (obligatory in the offer, with rooms scarce in Arles that week), I explained my medical case to them and asked that they release the room to another guest (of which there would be plenty that opening week of an international photo fest), so that I could recoup lost payment. They simply ignored it, left it vacant, and charged me in full. No compassion, no hospitality. I will never stay there again.
