• Negative: - no direct contact / response from the manager after a complaint . also the reception was not customer friendky in their response on complaints. disappointing customer focus, not 4 star worthy. - poor wifi, solution took too long - at check in it was not shared that the gym should be reserved due to Corona. poor communication. - room cleaning also below standard
