  • Negative: Durante el tiempo de nuestra estancia,no fueron retiradas las bebidas vacias del minibar ni tampoco las copas vacias del bar de la terraza,que subimos a la habitacion. La decoraciony las calidades de construccion del baño desentona por su baja calidad y diseño,con el ambiente historico-monumental,En el que esta integrado el hotel

  • Positive: The building is amazing and the architecture is most impressive. I loved the cloisters, pool area, breakfast hall, and reception. My room was also perfect.
  • Negative: it is only a small thing, I would have liked a kettle in my room to be able to have a cup of herbal tea first thing in the morning, or last thing before I got to bed.
