• 立地条件について: 2.5 Convenient to Puerto del Sol and Plaza Mayor but the street it is on is run down and there were "dames de la noche" outside the hotel 24/7.

• スタッフ: 採点なし The staff was not accommodating at all. They were reluctant to change our room even though the curtains were torn and the room was right next to the elevator.

• 客室について: 2.5 The room had an odd layout and too much furniture for the floorspace. The bathroom was also extremely small.

• ここが良かった: Employee hospitality, cleanliness and breakfasts were great. Rooms were good enough, but I found them very small, although bathrooms were big. Free beverages in room's refrigerator is a plus in this hotel. considering that this service is charged in most hotels.
• ここが気に入らなかった: What I did not like was that the hotel gives a cheaper rate if the stay is 5 nights or over. I did not how long a long stay was, and I reserved the room without noticing that. When I claimed to the attendant to get the cheaper rate because my stay was 5 nights, she told me that the rate I got when I reserved the room could not be changed, because the system did not allow to do so.

• ここが良かった: the central location, the wi-fi worked well (though the access is rather unusual compared to other places), good air-conditioning, nice front-desk staff, mini hi-fi tower with CD-ROM player in the room (!)
• ここが気に入らなかった: The crew at the breakfast. Compared to other hotels in the same category all around Europe, there was no crew at the entrance of the restaurant, so you might wait for some minutes. There was a smaller selection of foods and you even had to wait for the scrambled eggs to be prepared... They also didn't offer coffee/tea upon seating down though this is done all over Europe.
