• Positif: Las camas son comodisimas, muchas facilidades para cualquier necesidad.
• Négatif: El moho de las paredes de la ducha. entre las baldosas salían manchas de moho bastante desagradables. Tuve que pedirle a la mujer de la limpieza que me las quitara el 2do día de estar allí. El spa una decepción, una de las duchas no funcionaba y es caro para lo que se ofrece.

• Installations et services: Sans évaluation el spa fue una decepción muy grande, si lo sé no lo contrato.
• Personnel: 7,5 pedí una botellita de aceite y en recepcion no me facilitaron ninguna solucion ya que "la cafeteria estaba cerrada hasta que no acabara el desayuno del buffet" pero en el buffet si que me ayudaron así que sin problemas

• Personnel: Sans évaluation Sin luz, ni agua y no son capaces de llamar al cliente para informar de la situación para que tenga la posibilidad de decidir, no una vez en el establecimiento, por no perder la venta, experiencia muy negativa. Tanto de la central al conocimiento de esta situación como del propio hotel. Alternativa? apartamento en un 3º sin ascensor, si llego a ser una persona con movilidad reducida, me suben en brazos? muy mala gestión profesional por su parte, lo siento.

• Positif: Nothing at all our stay over the weekend was dreadful.
• Négatif: Whilst I sympathised with all staff regarding the terrible flooding in the Murcia region on Thursday and Friday 12/13 September there was little regard shown to hotel guests with regard to providing basic food and ensuring the hotel continued to function. On arrival it took over an hour and a half to book in as systems were down. We were allocated an apartment instead of a room. This was only cleaned on day 2 at our request. It is appreciated that the main kitchen had no power and pizza was provided Friday night and a very limited breakfast buffet on Saturday morning but after that guests had to fend for themselves. There was a distinct lack of leadership and management over this weekend staff were very unhelpful and the hotel reception staff nearly always absent. Overall a horrid weekend in a basic room.

• Propreté: Sans évaluation Had to ask reception for the room to be cleaned and towels replaced on day 2 as none had been done previously.
• Situation: 5 Ok but too far out for the beach which incidentally was unreachable due to the floods.
• Installations et services: Sans évaluation No food available except for some pizzas on Friday night and a very limited buffet breakfast on Saturday so poor. No electric WiFi or meals. The swimming pool was not clear probably due to the rain and was unusable. Hotel could not supply pool towels as all were dirty. Why did they not use the washing machines in the apartments with power?

• Chambre: Sans évaluation A poorly maintained apartment which was not booked. It was in need of decoration and the sitting furniture was old stained and in need of replacement.

• Négatif: The limited knowledge of English of the staff, except the reception and the fact that a 4 star hotel is charging a fee of 3.50 euro's per day for use of the safe in the room!

• Situation: 5 To play golf the location is excellent, but to spend a family holiday the location is too remote.
• Installations et services: 5 What facilities? The pool is nice, but not a place you would want to spend all day, like you would on the beach. The wellness centre is nice, but too expensive and does not have a space where you can relax and have a healthy drink and/or snack.
• Personnel: 5 The staff at the reception and the bar are the persons who are vital to the image of the hotel. The bar staff really needs to be trained in what hospitality and customer service really means. Maybe it is due to the fact that they are short-staffed or their English is insufficient, but they really need to improve their engagement with their work an the customers.
• Tranquillité: 5 I stayed in room 414, which is very noisy due to the traffic on the AP7
• Chambre: 7,5 The size, shape, amenities and view are very good, but the noise from the traffic on the AP7 especially on the balcony is very disturbing!
• Relation qualité-prix: 5 I have travelled a lot and stayed in numerous hotels in various countries, but the Senator at Los Alcazares was not a 4 -star quality.
