• Negative: L'arrivée du groupe Jaco qui semble t'il a perturbé tous les pensionairres qui ont dû se priver de la salle de restauration et ont envahi avec un bruit terrible la salle du bar.Sans aucun respect pour les clients qui avaient passer la semaine.A mon avis vous risquez de perdre de la clientèle avec se genre d'individu.Pour cette raison je ne conseillerais pas cet ettablissement.

• Positive: Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y agradables
• Negative: La dificultad de movilidad en el hotel sobre todo por la gran cantidad de escaleras que hay. Además la movilidad en el entorno se complica inncesariamente porque mantienen cerradas varias de las puertas de conexión entre instalaciones y te obliga a dar una vuelta adicional que no sería necesaria si estuviera abierto. Además, hacen falta unas indicaciones más claras para moverse por el hotel. Ni siquiera hay un rótulo encima del restaurante. Cuando llevo varios días ahí, no me hace falta, pero al viajero que llega SÍ. Ya que no lo preguntan en el cuestionario, tengo que ponerlo aquí: el servicio de entretenimiento infantil es prácticamente inexistente, no se volcaban mucho en él.... solo acudí 1 día que estaba abierto y la chica que estaba en ese momento no nos prestó ninguna atención ni intentó animar a mi hija a participar, se quedó sentada donde estaba y se limitó a saludar. El equipo de entretenimiento cuenta con algunos miembros muy buenos pero lamentablemente 3 o 4 pésimos que lo deslucen. Entre ellos, se lo pasan muy bien, pero creo que se trata más de animar al público

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 El servicio de desayuno y especialmente de comida y cena, necesita mejorar. La calidad de elaboración de los platos no es buena aunque la materia prima si parecía buena
• Staff: 7.5 Muy eficaces. Solucionaron los problemas que encontramos rápidamente. No obstante, creo que deberían dar otro más información en la entrada al hotel sobre como moverse por el hotel y como el acceso a la playa por la parte de atrás etc.
• Quietness: 5 El servicio de limpieza ha sido en ocasiones muy ruidoso, tanto las máquinas pasando como los limpiadores/as hablando a gritos entre ellos
• Room: 10 La climatizción necesita un panel de instrucciones urgentemente
