• Location: 5 Close to centre once we got down the 4 lifts to the bottom. Hotel should explain better d layout of d apartments. We would have booked standard apartments rather than superior if Wed known as our pool was closed and we were no where near facilities e.g. 2nd pool and breakfast restaurant.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Pool closed and we weren't told. Kids entertainment average.

• Room: 5 Air con very noisy with no remote control. Had to switch it off at night. Veranda huge and good views from superior apartments up the top level.
