• Location: 10 Really close to the metro and train station. Close to museums, restaurants, cafes.

• Quietness: 5 Last time I've stayed the room was facing the street so there were lots of noise. This time I've asked a room facing the interior and fortunately there was no noise :)
• Room: 5 Room a little bit tiny (although staff at reception had warned be about that since I've asked for a quiet room and this one was smaller)

• Negative: luggage keeping and resevation. We arrived at Madrid the day before check in, and we asked for keeping our luggage until check in, but it was refused. Our reserved room was double with balcony and extra bed for 2 guests, but it was double room. The price didnt change.
