• Location: 5 Es un hotel muy bien situado si tienes que acudir a algún congreso en la fira o alrededores, incluso si tiene que moverte por plaza españa. Pero si tienes que adentrarte más en Barcelona la situación no es la ideal. Al ser una zona industrial la calle de noche no es transitable a gusto.

• Positive: The sound insulation is terrific. We could only hear the elevator "bing". Not anything from other rooms or from the streets. Breakfast was good. The number of staff running it smooth was great. Ice machine on every floor was great and useful.
• Negative: The pool area restrictions/rules not being complied. Almost everyone never showered before going in the pool. They were smoking even though the rules said you couldn't. Kids were playing with balls that flew over the edge and down to the streets or even hitting people relaxing by the pool. Some was taking their drinks (glass not plastic cups) to the chairs by the pool, and shattered glass was all over. There were a LOT of garbage left behind by users, and it was not nice to see the morning after. One of the female staff was playing really loud music. The speakers are right by your head when relaxing be the pool, so it was too loud. She was nice to turn it down a bit, but only for a short while, then she turned it up again. All this was a shame because we liked the pool very much, but we think you should rethink or comply the current rules to prevent the pool area from decay. The control you have with people coming to the breakfast, you could take upstairs to the pool. Its quick and easy control or you could go through the pool rules when people check-in.
