We are really happy to see that, according you your rating, your experience seem to have been mainly satisfactory. We really apologize for your enquire about the air conditioning, even we cannot fix it under 23 degrees, as soon as we are very concerned with the sustainability rules, which determinate that 23 degrees is the minimum temperature recommended in order to grant a sustainable use of the air conditioning. However we can recommend you for your next visit to ask us for one of our villas located at the higher place of the resort, as the winds are colder there, and you could enjoy a wonderful natural temperature just opening windows.
