• Negative: The rooms were noisy, when I checked in and went to the room it had not yet been cleaned and the shower in my room caused the bathroom floor to flood everytime

• Cleanliness: 7.5 When I checked into my room on the first day it had not yet been cleaned/serviced, I had to wait 20 minutes but the staff were very apologetic and rectified the problem straight away.

• Common facilities and services: 10 Loved the roof top terrace and great to have good wifi connection in the room
• Staff: 10 The staff were excellent everytime, very friendly, efficient and professional
• Quietness: Not rated It seems the room walls were poorly sound proofed, if at all, I'm not normally bothered by noise and can sleep well in hotels but in both of the rooms I stayed in I was disturbed by neighbours every night of my stay
• Room: 7.5 The size of the room was ideal, however the bathroom as small and the shower leaked onto the floor every time, however much we tried to avoid it, this could have been dangerous as there was quite a deep puddle on the floor
• Value for money: 7.5 Yes, I think so, the room I stayed in at the beginning of my stay (102) had a nice bathroom, but my second room (307) needed an updated bathroom. Breakfast was basic but sufficient.
