• Positive: the staff and the facilities, superb breakfast buffet, beautiful common areas. Very good buy. I cannot mark it as privileged because unfortunately I did not have time to explore all the amenities (i.e. swimming pool, restaurant...). Hopefully next time!
• Negative: the bed was too big for the room size and access to the wardrobe was a tad uncomfortable

• Cleanliness: 7.5 I used the tea mugs and they weren't replaced /cleaned
• Location: 10 Beautiful park in front of hotel, very close to main shopping street, many nice restaurants in the proximity
• Common facilities and services: 10 lovely common areas and swimming pool on top floor
• Staff: 10 Very nice and helpful staff!
• Quietness: 10 Not a beep from the outside world!
• Room: 5 Bed too large or maybe room to small to be a double ;-)
• Value for money: 10 Definitely! and some more...
