• Cleanliness: 10 Everything very clean. Some remedial work could be done in bathroom around say shower door but nothing dirty or mouldy.
• Location: 10 Very central and in a wonderful neighborhood with amazing park and good local restaurants. Chosen for this reason and very happy with choice.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Common areas downstairs all in great condition. Solarium area on fifth floor obviously not used much in Dec and a little untidy and with holes in floor not covered ... that sort of thing. Once again, slightly untidy but clean.
• Staff: 10 This was an area in which hotel excelled. Fast, friendly and efficient check-in plus directions to garage etc. Very friendly banter when coming back from dinner etc.
• Quietness: 5 Our room was low down and backed onto service street, so lorries, deliveries and garbage collection heard but not a big deal for us as we live in central London.
• Room: 7.5 Everything needed there and good size plus tiny Juliette balcony. Cannot fault.
• Value for money: 7.5 Good value for such a central location and with such good common areas plus jacuzzi, pool on fifth floor.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Sobran las alfombras. Deficiencias en el baño perfectamente subsanables con un mayor mantenimiento.
• Location: 10 Perfecta para mí. Frente al parque García Sanabria y próximo a la zona comercial.

• Staff: 10 Ninguna queja sobre el personal. Eficiente y amable sin agobiar.

• Room: 5 El tamaño de la habitación (superior) es bueno. En cuanto al equipamiento, la televisión no es plana, como refleja su web, por lo menos en la que a mi se me asignó (creo que la 366). El estado de conservación del baño es malo, con el plato de ducha roto, el tfno. de ducha sin posibilidad de regular su altura. la mampara debería de ser más grande y así evitar que el baño se convierta en un lago.

• Negative: Room 105 was not a pleasant experience at the back by the service entrance and over the kitchens. Poor bathroom with a failing shower -- 0nly half the water got to the shower head because of a massive leak in the pipe --reported but nothing done. Mould in the seals. A tired room--- I suspect that since we only booked 2 nights room only we were given the back rooms.( we prefer to go local when visiting a town and a cafe breakfast with local people is part of that experience).
