"Apreciado cliente, La reserva realizada fue a través de nuestra web, correspondía a una VENTA ANTICIPADA, es decir, con pago total de la estancia en el momento de la reserva y en la cual no se admiten cambios ni cancelaciones. La fecha de la reserva, comprobado en el hotel a su llegada, durante su estancia y posteriormente en la central de reservas, tenía como fecha de entrada el día 12 de diciembre. No se produjo ningún error en el sistema y todo el personal actuó de acuerdo a las normas de la empresa, de educación, respeto y servicio a nuestros clientes que nos caracterizan, como podrá apreciar en la mayoría de comentarios realizados por los usuarios, tanto en nuestra web como en cualquier otro canal de Internet.
