• Negative: Sliding toilet door didnt close, wall protruded over the bed head, banged my head several times when reading in bed. Only english channel was bbc news. would have liked more pillows.

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Luggage lockers excellent, great access to broadband in the lobby (free)
• Staff: 10 Most helpful and friendly, spoke good English.
• Quietness: 10 We asked for and got a room at the back, it was quiet.
• Room: 5 Small but efficient, couldnt close the bathroom door fully, head room limited over bed, cramped, banged head frequently when reading.
• Value for money: 7.5 Ideal location off the Ramblas. Good security.
