• Positive: Convenience to The Ramblas yet in quiet street. Excellent staff.
• Negative: Failed to get my wake-up call on 30 June at 07.30 as requested. Got woken at 07.50 and had to rush for my taxi.

• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Couples, Luxury, Peace seekers
• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean room, bathroom, sheet and towels. However for the sake of the environment, if I do not want my towels changed, please do not change them if I hang them up for re-use!
• Location: 10 So close to the Ramblas but yet in a quiet street. Walking distance to bars and restaurant in the Barri Gothic and to the Port.
• Common facilities and services: 10
• Staff: 10 Very helpful when making reservation (for example booked hairdressers and taxis).
• Quietness: 7.5 Corridors and stairway can be a bit noisy but then I find this a common trend in Spanish hotels due to the tiles on the stairs.
• Room: 7.5 My single room was more than sufficient. Well laid out and plenty of shelf space to put things.
• Value for money: 7.5 Yes
