• Negative: Overall service in the restaurant is not as good as it used to be a couple of years ago.

• Negative: The lack of drinkable water & the level of cleanliness in the room. The cleaners did not clean properly: they did not change dirty glasses, they did not vacuum the sand on the balcony, they did not bin the rubbish in the room etc.

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 I would have expected more entertainment. For example, quizzes, shows etc, not just music every night.
• Staff: 5 Staff was nice in general but very slow to confirm my massage appointment. They even asked me to come back myself to reception to confirm it instead of offering to call me in my room once confirmed.
• Quietness: 5 The room we had was towards the port so it was noisy in the evenings but we did not mind much.
• Room: 7.5 The lack of drinkable tap water was a real problem, as it is quite annoying to carry bottles of water from the supermarket. At the very least, the hotel should offer free bottled water every day. It is absolutely outrageous that the hotel charges 2.5 euros for a small bottle of water when 2 l bottles cost 50 cents.
• Value for money: 5 Overall it is a good hotel but I felt that for the price paid we should have received more. I would probably recommend that my friends try somewhere else.
