The hotel welcomes you in a warm atmosphere. Enjoy a privileged location in the city centre, close the banks of the Ill river, a few minutes away from the railway station. Hotel Victoria is well served by public transport (tramway, bus and shuttles to Francfort and Basel/Mulhouse). - Cleanliness: 2.5 Tapete war herunter gerissen die bedecke war voller Flecken. Tut mir leid aber wenn ich dort schlafe ist das Bett mir schon ziemlich wichtig

- Common facilities and services: Not rated Ein Zimmer wo ein Bad als Bunker drinsteht. In der Dusche kann man sich gerade so drehen. Man muss aufpassen das man nicht den Bunker unter Wasser setzt weil es so klein ist.
- Staff: 5 Die junge Dame an der Rezeption war klasse jedoch beim Frühstück bekam man gleich eine mies gelaunte Dame zu spüren. Und das an allen 3 Tagen.

- Room: Not rated Das aller letzte für den Preis. Ich komm selber aus der Gastronomie und ich bin der Meinung das wir da ziemlich über den Tisch gezogen wurden. Tabete war abgerissen. Der fernseh so klein das ich vom Bett nicht schauen konnte. Das Bad war ein eingesetzter Bunker der sehr sehr klein war. Steckdose hatte es nur eine mit einem Mehrfachstecker dran. Also Handy laden Licht an fernsehe und ja für den Föhn musste man das etwas ausstehen da es im Bunker keine Steckdose gab.
