• Negative: The service in the Spa. One morning it was unattended, and considering this I don't get the sense of having it completely closed in the evening.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 I have to put some hard case under the mattress to lift it for health reasons, and when I did it, the bed wasn't totally clean.
• Location: 5 There is the natural park and the cosy village. But it's location isn't good to visit other points of interest on Tenerife Island
