• Negative: Al llegar con dos niños pequeños sobre las 13:30 con un calor insoportable nos dicen que la habitación no esta limpia aun y que debemos esperarnos que ellos entregan la habitación a las cuatro, y nos la entregaron a las 15:20, y claro los niños sin comer, al intentar cocinar, las cocinas eléctricas son una vergüenza, no funcionan, no puede ser que para hervir una olla con agua tarde hora y media y sea imposible cocer un poco de pasta. La habitación que nos entregaron solo tenia una cama matrinomial y lo que habíamos reservado era una familiar con dos niños, y tuvimos que cambiar todas las cosas de habitación y en esta tampoco funcionaba la cocina.
