  • Positive: La atención personal, la ubicación, el estado general de la habitación (limpia y bien surtida).
  • Negative: La dotación del cuarto de baño (la calidad tanto de las toallas como del gel no estaban al nivel de lo esperado, no había escobilla, la mampara de la ducha no estaba bien sellada). Quizá eché de menos algún hervidor de agua y pañuelos de papel.

  • Location: 10 Near the metro and walking distance from the beach, las ramblas and the city center.
  • Common facilities and services: 7.5 Nice lobby but no other common facility
  • Staff: 7.5 one was polite no more and the other receptionist was very helpful and nice
  • Quietness: 7.5 At the 6th floor , the room was quiete we could sometimes hear the metro but it wasnt disturbing
  • Room: 7.5 the view was not great and if overall the furniture was very nice, there were scratches on it .
  • Value for money: 7.5 we paid 117e for 2 nights
