  • Cleanliness: 10 The room was in great condition and I especially appreciated the seal on the toilet to reassure us that it had been sanitized before our arrival.
  • Location: 10 Beautiful architecture to admire from the room, close to Picasso Museum, the waterfront, Ramblas, and La Boqueria.
  • Common facilities and services: 7.5 Was hoping to stay at a hotel with a pool or Jacuzzi, this hotel did not have one but made up for it in so many other ways.
  • Staff: 10 All staff including reception staff, housekeeping, and breakfast attendants were all so helpful and very nice.
  • Quietness: 10 Considering the location, the windows blocked out much of the sounds from the street and allowed for relaxing downtime when we were not out and about.
  • Room: 10 Wonderful view, ample space, and all the amenities we could need for a short stay (soap, blow dryer, small TV).
  • Value for money: 10 Absolutely, great value for the price.

  • Cleanliness: 10 The hotel was lovely and clean in all areas.
  • Location: 10 Perfect location. I would stay again if I was going back.

  • Staff: 10 Staff on reception were great. Very friendly and spoke very good English. Cleaners all said hello when passing them. Breakfast staff could be friendlier.
  • Quietness: 5 It's a city location so you need to expect to hear the traffic outside especially the tram.
  • Room: 7.5 Adequate size room for a city break as you don't spend a lot of time in it anyway. Shower was great which is always a key thing for me.
