• Positive: spacious apartment, sweeping views of the coastal area and hillside. Comfortable beds
• Negative: the overall state of maintenance of the apartment was very poor, power sockets were hanging loose, door steps en door posts were broken/rotten with wooden splinters sticking out. There was mould in the bathroom, the kitchen was very poorly equipped and pots and plates were plain dirty. The fitness area was scattered with tobacco, cigarette buds end empty packages. When filing these complaints in a decent manner to the guy at the frontdesk he didn't seem interested and my request for feedback has not been met. After sending an email with another request on feedback, I got no response. Not worth paying 230 euros a night

• Negative: There was zero communication. I had a direct booking. I did not receive a confirmation. I send a seperate email. No response. I'd called 3 times to confirm a late check-in and only received the info very last minute. There was no arrival information. Can you drink tap water, wifi password, check-out time, when is there a cleaning. There were no cleaning products. With little kids it's handy to have a tea towel, little brush etc to clean the floor. Small details which made our stay unfortunately an average experience.

• Positive: La decoración de la sala principal de la habitación
• Negative: Creo que el hotel es muy caro para como es la habitación, por lo menos la que nos toco a nosotras. Entiendo estamos en temporada baja y es normal que la restauración sea muy básica pero las condiciones de la habitación no son para nada como se muestran en las fotografías. El baño es muy muy sencillo y habían trozos rotos igual que en la sala de estar, la terraza el suelo esta bastante destrozado y es demasiado espacio para solo poner dos hamacas. Somos residentes en Ibiza y nos gusta visitar los hoteles de la isla, fuimos ahora en temporada baja ya que a parte de los precios la isla esta mas tranquila y entendemos que la atención a los clientes es más personal porque la época es más tranquila pero nos dejó mucho que desear.

• Staff: 5 El chico de la mañana muy amable, nos invitó a un café ya que el de la noche nos dijo que por la mañana se servían bebidas y había algo de bolleria pero no fue así... además bajamos por la noche ya que mi pareja debía tomarse unas pastillas y nos habíamos dejado el agua, eran las 11:50 y ya allí no había nadie. Se supone que la recepción habré hasta las 12, vimos al chico subir hacía arriba por el bloque C a las 11:40 cuando llegamos.
