• Cleanliness: 7.5 the cover on top of the bad were dark and that never gives the idea of perfect clean
• Location: 10 perfect. 4steps from puerta del sol

• Staff: 10 they were kind at any hour of the day
• Quietness: 10 quite impressive since the location is so central
• Room: 7.5 a bit small
• Value for money: 7.5 maybe a bit expensive considered the size of the room, but it is downtown so its pretty fair
