• Location: 10 Could not ask for a better location - right in the heart of Madrid. Facing out on the plaza, were able to watch the activity below.

• Staff: 10 the staff was so helpful and accommodating to our questions. We were able to check in early to one of the rooms and start our vacation straight away!
• Quietness: 7.5 with the shutters closed and balcony window locked the noise level was very low. Being on the plaza on a Saturday night, there was activity until wee hours of the morning, but it did not create a problem with the sound proofing. We were on the 4th floor.
• Room: 10 the room had sufficient space, not too tight for 2 singles. The amenities (blankets, pillows, toiletries) were high quality. Lighting in the bathroom could be better.
• Value for money: 10 Fantastic value for the price. Did have to have the price posted at check-in adjusted to match our reservation, but that was done without any further questions after producing a copy of the confirmation email that provided the price.
