• Cleanliness: 7.5 The hotel was kept pretty clean.
• Location: 10 this is about the only great thing about this hotel... it is right in the middle of EVERYTHING..shopping, dining and historical museums.
• Common facilities and services: 10 lobby is very pretty.
• Staff: Not rated The staff was NOT helpful or nice at all.. to be a supposedly four star hotel they were rude and short tempered. Never a smile or a thank you.
• Quietness: Not rated Dont expect to get any sleep here the room maids wake you up at the start of the day with yelling..banging of buckets and noise all around it was awful.
• Room: 2.5 the room was soo small and the bed was AWFUL... you will not get a good nite%27s rest here because the beds are like cardboard.. you must pay for internet and all of the channels are in spanish.. i figure if it is a four star hotel they should at least offer english channels or an english room service menu.
• Value for money: 2.5 i guess i did.
