• Negative: Calidad precio no se corresponden. No es hotel de 4 estrellas, como mucho de 3. La habitacion tenia olor a cerrado, no funcionaba el secador, no habia agua caliente, y en la informacion de internet decian que habia peliculas a la carta y agua gratis cosa que no habia. Tampoco funcionaba la sauna, ni el gimnasio. Ah !! y si me descuido me cobran el desayuno que lo tenia incluido en la oferta. Total que no repetire.

• Negative: The jacuzzi on the roof which was the reason why we chose this hotell was out of order, and the sauna in spa center as well the day we wanted to attend it, but the personell refused to give us any discount for these incvonveniences.

• Positive: That the front-desk staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. And that the hotel was reasonably well-located with regard to restaurants, activities, metro, and places of interest such as La Rambla etc.
• Negative: The housekeeping. The soap was almost never replaced. The shampoo would remain half filled. The housekeeping was pretty bad.

• Quietness: 2.5 The rooms are located near the road, and the windows need some sort of double-glazing. Any noise on the street is immediately picked up in the room upstairs. This is more the case at 2, 3, 4am in the morning, when lots of party goers return home and their voices can be literally heard in the room.
• Room: 5 It is a small room, but pretty decent.
