• Staff: 10 Alberto was more than helpful. He made us feel most welcome and helped us with our restaurant bookings and our side trips.

• Room: 7.5 The room was adequate for our needs. I only suggest better pillows. We found them quite lumpy, also the bed was very hard.

• Location: 7.5 Within a safe 10 minutes walk from the city centre.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Business Centre is excellent, however free Wi-Fi connection available in all rooms. Spar and excercise rooms are small but adequate.
• Staff: 10 Could never fault the staff - will always be helpful and smile.
• Quietness: 5 Sometime noisy from outside, however that%27s due to a busy road outside.
• Room: 10 Hotel always gives a pleasant room with most things covered shuch as TV%27s, Phones, Mini-Bar etc
• Value for money: 10 As an extensive business traveller this is one of the best hotels I stay in.
