• Room: 7.5 They accomodated a family of 4 in one room with a divider between the beds. No view. The bed was hard. Nice jacuzzi bath tub.
• Value for money: 5 It was expensive, but accomodated a family of 4.

• Cleanliness: 10 Cleaned everyday, never seen a spec of dirt, very efficent and thorough service
• Location: 7.5 about a 15 minute walk to la ramblas, nowhere especially close, just sort of in between everything
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 didnt avail to much of the services, spa etc had to be booked and i couldnt find the business lounge
• Staff: 7.5 courtiess enough, they werent disrespectul or rude, and answered ant questions asked
• Quietness: 2.5 loud area so hard to find a quiet hotel, unfortuantly ours is placed beside a school playarea so very loud in the morning but glazing is good so with window closed this isnt a problem
• Room: 5 thought it was quite small for a 4 start hotel and going on a couples holiday and turning up to twin single beds wasnt great, very tight, just enough room for a double bed
• Value for money: 7.5 clean modern hotel with decent staff and a nice feel, i was satisfied enough

• Cleanliness: 10 nearly too clean, we did not like the smell of chlorine when we arrived in the room, but that seems to be a spanish smell ;-)
• Location: 10 very central,many busses and underground next to hotel
• Common facilities and services: 10 excellent, free and good coffee and internet in the very cosy business lounch and a free printer.
• Staff: 10 excellent and very friendly
• Quietness: 10 quite good but we slept at the back and had not a room to the street.
• Room: 7.5 a bit small but ok

• Value for money: 2.5 4-star for Barcelona is overrated! thus "value for money" my single- room was at least 10-15% too expensive, the breakfast (before discount!) likewise!
