• Cleanliness: 7.5 was very clean despite the fact the chambermaid forgot to replenish the bathroom amenities
• Location: 5 close to the metro and within walking distance to the mare magnum complex, however dodgy areas to walk at night coming back. Some good value restaurants near by.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 did not use much of the facilities as spent most of our time sightseeing
• Staff: 2.5 they were polite, however we had to move rooms twice. The 1st night they gave us a double bedded room (had asked for a twin) which we took as their offer of a second room for the one night we could not accept as travelling with my daugther. The 2nd night moved us to a room where we constantly heard water passing there was a central sewage pipe running above our beds (not visible), so had to move to another hotel for the night and then ended up to a third room.
• Quietness: 7.5 sound outside noise but not too bad.
• Room: 5 see comments re staff. Rooms on the small size for a 4 star hotel.
• Value for money: 10 good once the issue of the rooms was sorted.

• Positive: Clean rooms, very easy to get to everwhere from hotel. Metro station close by. The staff were very helpful and accomodating - I went on a hen weekend and they did not mind the noise we made :)

• Positive: La gente de recepcion aran muy simpaticos, dandonos informacion sobre muchas temas - locacion del Banco de Espana, direcciones dibujado en mapas para varios lugares, conversacion con mis hijos que aprenden Espanol, y los avisos de seguridad.
• Negative: Aunque nos dieron un descuento, el parking nos costo 27 euros, que aumento mucho el costo de nuestra visita.

• Staff: 10 Mis ninos estaban en frente de la hotel guardando las maletas mientras yo sacaba el coche del parking. El conserje les aviso de que deberian ser mas cuidadosos, inclusive volver a traer las maletas dentro del hotel porque podian haber ladrones en la calle.
