• Cleanliness: 10 everything were very very clean
• Location: 10 perfect, in heart of the center, is located in Porta de Sol!
• Common facilities and services: 5 perfect breakfast for us;I didn´t see if there was internet in the room...; and we had everything just outside the hotel.
• Staff: 10 very very kind and efficient
• Quietness: 10 The outside is very noisy but inside the hotel is quietness.
• Room: 5 the room was perfect and the balcony too. But the view wasn´t the view that is in publicity!We payed more 30,00 euros for the view of Porta del Sol that we hadn`t !
• Value for money: 2.5 The room hadn`t the view to Puerta del Sol and we paied for that. The room had a balcony but the view was to the back of El Corte Ingles shop.
